If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we are happy to provide an exchange. To qualify:
- Damage must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
- Please email clear photos of the damaged product(s) and the shipping packaging to makers@themakeromaine.com.
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange for the damaged item.
Claims submitted after the 12-hour window cannot be accepted.
